CANCELLATION AND STUDIO POLICY

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled class.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the class will receive class credit to be used in 30 days.

  • Cancellations made after the 24 hour mark will result in the loss of class credit.

  • No-shows are considered late cancellations.

  • To ensure that classes flow seamlessly, doors will open 5 minutes before the start of class.

  • Please note that all packages have expiration dates as indicated at the time of purchase, and these expiration dates cannot be extended.

  • Prices are subject to change.

    WAITLIST POLICY

  • When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Please note you will be charged in full at the time of booking.

  • If you are on the waitlist, you should expect to attend class. If a spot opens, you will be automatically added into the class up to 12 hours before the start time of class. Check your account online to confirm if you’ve been placed into class.

  • If a spot opens up less than 12 hours ahead of the start time of class, you will be notified of the open spot via text. If you are on the waitlist, but can longer make it to class please remove yourself from the waitlist by cancelling your reservation.

  • If no spots open up, you will receive class credit to use for future bookings within 30 days.
